Bevog's newest barleywine, aged to perfection in the finest whiskey casks. These casks come from Bevog's neighbor, Manufaktur Gölles, who originally sourced the charred white oak barrels brand new from the USA. They were handed over to Bevog and filled with barleywine just one day after being emptied—this unconventional freshness allows Horta to shine with bright bourbon-barrel notes and hints of tropical islands.

To elevate the flavor profile, premium organic cocoa nibs were added from another neighbor, Zotter Organic Chocolate. The result is a stunningly layered barleywine that hits the nose with notes of cherry, dried fruits, caramel, honey, vanilla, and beautifully integrated chocolate.
